Announcement: Infractions Team.

I've decided to 'change' the moderator system a bit.
From now on we will work with an infraction Team.
This idea was originally made by Burek, Thanks!
The 2 current moderators will not fully lose their abilities, as they will be respected infr. team members.
I'll open a new category to apply for the infractions team, with more info .
